As my colleagues, friends and/or family, you have all heard me talk about The World is Flat 3.0 by Thomas Friedman and many of you were encouraged to read this book by me. If you have not, I strongly urge you to do so, and with the greatest of urgency. This book is about an inevitable change that we are all experiencing- globaliziation and it's shrinking of the world. This book concerns our futures - both in our professional and personal lives. It will bring you up to speed on what you may be missing in the shrinking world and it has the ability to change your views on life and the future. I would really love to gain insight from all of you about this, as I feel that Thomas Friedman is on the right track with his thoughts. What are your thoughts? Will globalization 3.0 ruin America's economy? Will it hinder our ability to become successful and/or provide for our families? Is this inevitable change a good thing? Will it increase productivity in America in new ways? How do we jump on the wagon? When do we jump on the wagon? Please start by taking the POLL to the right of the post.
